Fenella (left) has gained over twenty-five years’ specialised experience in outside catering.
Following her unique training from renowned experts at the celebrated Cordon Bleu cookery school, Winkfield Place, she gained valuable experience in the restaurant industry before taking the bold step of establishing her own venture, Flavours. A short while later (In 1994) she further expanded her enterprise by acquiring Gourmet Foods, forming a team with a wealth of knowledge and a dedication to delivering excellent food made with the highest quality ingredients.
The most fulfilling aspect of Fenella’s role is transforming people's ideas into reality. Be this marquee functions, business events and family occasions, each present their own unique challenge. “No two events are exactly the same, the planning is just as important as the delivery on the day which is where our experience is of an enormous benefit.”

Head Chef, Laura has always relished the challenge of leading an elite team specialising in bespoke catering using locally sourced produce that also enables her to include her passion for Artisan Pastry and quirky Sugar Craft.
Laura trained at UCB and took additional courses in Butchery, Pastry and Sugar Craft. Whilst in training, she worked part time at various rosette gastro pubs. On completion of her training, she took a Sous Chef role at a 1* Michelin Restaurant, progressing to Head Chef. Keen to continue her learning journey to prepare her for building her own team, she went on to gain experience in Financial Analysis, Human Resources and Management & Marketing. During this time Laura became a qualified Hospitality NVQ Lecturer & Assessor. Laura has also built up a strong reputation within Hospitality recruitment, forging lasting relationships with Hospitality leaders and their teams.
