I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone at Gourmet Foods for the fantastic service they provided at the wedding. The food was delicious, the presentation impeccable and the service was really impressive. Despite the fact that there were 130 guests in a marquee, each course was served promptly and guests commented that the waiting staff worked hard to ensure that everyone on the table was served together. Delicious pink lamb – just how we like it. We really appreciate the effort that everyone put into the day.

A huge thank you to you and your team for last night. It was a very successful event from our point of view with really good feedback from all our customers. We had many comments on how excellent the canapés were, they looked and tasted fantastic. Your team were also very good – friendly and efficient, and very easy to work with, so please pass on my thanks.

I just wanted to say how grateful I am to you and your team for the catering on Saturday. The steak was absolutely perfect and lots of guests complimented the food. I’m afraid I was too busy talking to eat every canapé but the crab tart and truffle one were amazing. We also found your staff to be really helpful and particular thanks to Jacqueline and Oliver for their sterling work on the bar. Knowing that you were in charge meant I could relax and enjoy the evening – which I certainly did.

Just to say the food on Saturday was exceptional, it was beyond expectation everything about it was just perfect!! Please will you thank the chefs and the staff honestly, I haven’t had food as good as that in such a long time! Everyone was going on about the beef and the tomato salad!! I just had to let you know, although I think other wedding party attendees may have done so already, that Ruth (the wedding planner) told Rachel that in 13 years she’d never worked with such an efficient catering operation as Gourmet Foods. We all had a fabulous day and can’t thank you enough for the food you produced on Saturday.

I’m sure there were hiccups behind the scenes but I was certainly not aware of them – I know the setup wasn’t quite what you wanted but I can’t thank you enough for, despite this, helping to make Will and Rachel’s day such a wonderful one. When I saw the seating plan with allergies and “dislikes” I realised I have no idea how you cope!!
