Gone are the days when cold buffet dining consisted of simple finger food and sandwiches. Our cold buffet selection comes with three interchangeable menus, of which all main, salad, and pudding dishes can be substituted if desired. Our menu boasts exotic salads such as the Blue Cheese and Caramelised Walnut, Orange and Chicory salad, and the zesty Cajun Coleslaw salad. Interchangeable salad options include tuna nicoise, Asian marinated, alongside the more traditional mixed green salad, and chicken Caesar salads.

A huge variety for you and your guests is guaranteed from our cold buffet menu. Mediterranean Baked Salmon with Lemon and Chive Dressing, Smoked Fish and Seafood Platter with Horseradish Crème Fraiche, and Roast Turkey Breast with Cranberry Sauce or Italian Anti Pasti are just some of the main course selections we offer.

Additional extras including bread and butter assortments, cheese and biscuits with celery and grapes, and coffee and mints can be added to your order.
